I have been with Donald and his team for over 15 years and have been very pleased with them and the entire Nationwide team. The have provided excellent customer service when responding to the claims and other services I’ve required over the years. I have bundled my home and auto polices with them.

Nationwide is on your side. A few years back there was a bad storm, and it did quite a bit of damage to many roofs in our neighborhood. I called a local roofing company, and Nationwide to start a claim. They met at my house, the adjuster started the claim for a full roof replacement, and before she left I had a check for the majority of the work made out to us and the bank. There was no run around. It was so simple. Flash forward a year, and the Allstate houses were still going through arbitration to get their roofs repaired or replaced. Shortly after, we bundled our cars and saved over $400 a year compared to what we were paying! Donald and his team are so helpful!

I live in Farmers Branch and I still use this group for my insurance. Very professional and helpful!
