Nationwide is on your side. A few years back there was a bad storm, and it did quite a bit of damage to many roofs in our neighborhood. I called a local roofing company, and Nationwide to start a claim. They met at my house, the adjuster started the claim for a full roof replacement, and before she left I had a check for the majority of the work made out to us and the bank. There was no run around. It was so simple. Flash forward a year, and the Allstate houses were still going through arbitration to get their roofs repaired or replaced. Shortly after, we bundled our cars and saved over $400 a year compared to what we were paying! Donald and his team are so helpful!

We have been with this agent for years. The sevice is five stars! They have always gone above and beyond for us. I actually enjoy speaking to Don and his staff. They make me feel special and that I am more than a customer. I have no intention of ever moving my business. We stayed put when Don took over for the previous agent because Miss Donna always had a stellar way of treating us, whether over the phone or in-person. I know she is trying to retire (which she fully deserves) and we will truly miss her. The other folks have been just as nice and helpful. Don even works the phones at times and always has time to assist and always follows-through. I feel that Don Atwell's office offers "the white glove" service that one rarely finds in today's insurance business.
